The Pilot Family Story

Pilot isn't a metaphor. Craig Gregory is a second-generation builder and a second-generation pilot — and his son Christian is the third generation of both. He's carrying the family trade and the Pilot standard into the next generation. The name is the standard. The same discipline a pilot brings to a flight, we bring to every job. Every plan gets walked, every number gets checked and every job gets a set of eyes on it in person - not from a truck window, not from a spreadsheet!

Most custom homes take approximately 10–16 months to complete, depending on the size, complexity, weather, and material availability. The design, permitting, and preconstruction phases can require additional time. At Pilot Construction, we develop a realistic construction schedule and keep our clients informed throughout the building process.

Not at all! Whether you already have completed architectural plans, are working with an architect, or are just beginning to explore ideas, we can help guide you through the process. We encourage clients to involve us early so we can provide valuable input on design, construction costs, materials, and budgeting before plans are finalized.
